Fairy Queen Train

Day 1 - Delhi/Alwar/Sariska
Day 2 - Sariska/Alwar/Delhi

In the Guiness book of World records, it is the mentioned that Fairy Queen is the oldest surviving locomotive or train in the world. The run of the train is between Delhi and Alwar and then the tourists which numbers around 50 are taken for a night stay in the Sariska lodge to be one with the sylvan and wooded surroundings of Sariska. Once the jaunt in Alwar is over, the memories will keep lingering back in the minds of the passengers of the luxury train.

Day 1. Saturday Delhi Cantt.
The train journey gets initiated on day I with a welcoming party opening the floodgates to a journey in the Fairy Queen Train onwards to Alwar and back to Delhi.

Itinerary Time
Fairy Queen leaves Delhi cantonment Railway Station at 1000 hours, with light snacks coming to the tourists at 1030 hours. The train arrives at the Alwar Railway Station in the afternoon, then on arrival a coach takes all the tourists to Sariska Palace hotel at around 5.30 in the evening. Cultural programs and a satiating dinner will act as the grand finale for the day with the tourists retiring for the night.

Itinerary Time
The travel tour begins with a thrilling Jeep safari meant for the Tiger sanctuary at early morning 6.30 A.M. in the morning. After returning from the sanctuary a fulsome breakfast is devoured at Sariska Palace at 0930 hours. The whole posse of tourists leaves Sariska at 1200 hours with the travel tour ending by arrival at the Alwar railway station at around 1245 hours.

Fairy Queen arrives at the designated railway station and leaves by 1300 hours. Lunch is served on the train at 1330 hours with light refreshments being offered to the tourists and passengers at four in the evening. Fairy Queen reaches Delhi Cantonment Railway Station, with the exciting and exploratory travel tour climaxing at 1845 hours.
